First-Time Use

1.The opening is located on the top of the packaging, whereas the manual, soft bristle brush, and the brush protector are placed on the side of the carton.

2.Pull up the handle according to the ▲ mark, retrieve the DAQICONCEPT JinGoo out of the box, then place it on a flat surface.
->Pull up the cardboard marked with “▲1” to reveal the USB charging cable.
->Pull up the cardboards marked with “▲2”.-> Open the cardboard marked with “▲3”.

-> Unpacking is now complete.

Q. What accessories does DAQICONCEPT JinGoo include apart from the JinGoo and the user manual?

A. DAQICONCEPT JinGoo includes the following accessories in the package:

①  one USB charging cable   ②  one soft bristle brush  ③  one brush protector

Activate JINGOO

Activate JinGoo

1.Push the power button at the bottom of the JinGoo to the “     ” mark.

2.Retrieve the USB charging cable from the carton, then plug it into the lateral side of the base of JinGoo, and connect the other end to a USB socket.

3.Press and hold the pairing button on the lateral side of the base of JinGoo for 3 seconds until a sound is emitted. Flashing “LED 1” light indicates awaiting pairing.

4.Go to the Bluetooth menu on your device, and select “JG01-XXX”. A bird sound emitted from the JinGoo and a continuous white light shown on LED 1 light indicates successful pairing.

5.The light has a lever design. Turn it to the right to activate lighting, and toggle it towards the left to adjust the 3-level brightness. Toggle it the other way round to turn off the light.

Q.Do I have to turn on the power switch located at the bottom of the DAQICONCEPT JinGoo?

A. Yes. Turning it on allows normal charging and discharging.


Q. Do I need to turn off the power switch of the DAQICONCEPT

JinGoo during idling time?

A. No, please maintain the on status to allow normal charging

and discharging.

The design intention to the power switch of DAQICONCEPT JinGoo lies on:

the elevation of security during delivery, and minimization of power consumption, in order to ensure that the battery remains at the optimal status.

4.JinGoo is fully charged when LED 2 light no longer flashes orange light.

Q. How long is the battery life for DAQICONCEPT JinGoo?

A. The battery life depends on the play volume and content, though it is capable of 25 consecutive hours of playtime on average.


Q. How do I know when the battery is running out of juice?

A. A continuous flashing LED 2 light in orange indicates low battery and requires charging.

LED 2 light will turn off when the battery is fully charged.

Q. Do I have to use a USB cable when using DAQICONCEPT JinGoo?

A. Not necessarily.

DAQICONCEPT JinGoo is a rechargeable equipment, and is capable of 25 hours of wireless music playback on full battery.

Q. Why doesn’t the LED 2 light indicate a continuous orange light when it is plugged in with a USB cable?

A. The LED light turns off after 5 seconds when DAQICONCEPT JinGoo is fully charged, which is why a continuous orange light is not shown.

5.Start your music!

Q.  Why am I unable to find “JG01-XXX” of DAQICONCEPT JinGoo in my device list?

A.  Please try the following methods if you are unable to pair.

①Please ensure that you have turned on the Bluetooth function on your device.

②Please ensure that LED 1 light of DAQICONCEPT JinGoo is indicating a continuous white

light, which means that the product is pairing with your device.

Please press the pairing button on the lateral side of the base once to cancel pairing

-> a flashing white LED 1 light means awaiting pairing

-> select “JG01-XXX” from the Bluetooth menu on your device

-> a bird sound emitted from the JinGoo and a continuous white light shown on LED 1 light

indicates successful pairing.

③Bluetooth device may be out of range: please place your Bluetooth device closer to the DAQICONCEPT JinGoo, and turn off other nearby Bluetooth devices or functions if possible.

④Turn off and on the power switch at the bottom of DAQICONCEPT JinGoo to reactivate the product.

Q.  Why does the light of DAQICONCEPT JinGoo indicates that it is connected to my device, yet I am hearing no music?

A.  Try the following:

①Please ensure that your device has successfully paired with the product.

② Please ensure that the speaker is set to the maximum volume instead of mute.

③Bluetooth device may be out of range: please place your Bluetooth device closer to the DAQICONCEPT JinGoo, and turn off other nearby Bluetooth devices or functions if possible, or keep your device away from other electronic interferences, such as other wireless devices, cordless phones, microwaves, and servers.

④Turn off and on the power switch at the bottom of DAQICONCEPT JinGoo to reactivate the product.

Q.  Why is the connection lost during my music playback?

A.  Please ensure the following:

①If your device is properly connected to the product.

②If the power switch at the bottom of DAQICONCEPT JinGoo is turned on.

③If DAQICONCEPT JinGoo has a sufficient level of power without a flashing orange LED light.

Q.  Why is the sound quality unsatisfactory?

A.  Try the following:

①Bluetooth device may be out of range: please place your Bluetooth device closer to the DAQICONCEPT JinGoo, and turn off other nearby Bluetooth devices or functions if possible, or keep your device away from other electronic interferences, such as other wireless devices, cordless phones, microwaves, and servers.

②Minimize active apps on your device: excessive active apps may occupy resources in sound transmission of your device; turn off unused apps to improve sound quality.

③Try turning off Wi-Fi of your device to improve sound quality.

④Try refreshing your Bluetooth list and repairing again.

⑤Place your device in an open space to avoid impediment.

⑥Turn off and on the power switch at the bottom of DAQICONCEPT JinGoo to reactivate the product.

Q.  What are the differences between JinGoo and CHIRP?

A.  JinGoo is a wireless Bluetooth speaker lamp and is used by pairing with the Bluetooth function of smartphones, whereas CHIRP is operated through the DAQIchirp app that is capable of play various chirping sounds, natural sceneries, as well as include functions of alarm and sleep mode.

Q.   How long is the warranty for DAQICONCEPT products?

A.  DAQICONCEPT offers 1 year of warranty owing to its emphases on product sustainability and user experience.Please bring the proof of purchase and warranty card to enjoy the repairing service within the warranty.

Q.  Can I use my own USB cables?

A. Yes, but they will have to conform to the USB specification of CHIRP.
